RETAINER FEE'S AND POLICY'S
Session Retainer Fee Information
Session retainer fee‘s are:
$25.00 retainer fee for MINI PORTRAIT SESSION
$50.00 retainer fee for PORTRAIT SESSION, SENIOR SESSION, BRIDAL SESSION, ENGAGEMENT SESSION at up to two location
$50.00 retainer fee for FAMILY SESSION up to 5 people, $75.00 retainer fee for 5 or more people
$200.00 retainer fee for HALF DAY WEDDING OR OTHER EVENT COVERAGE
$400.00 retainer fee for FULL DAY WEDDING OR OTHER EVENT COVERAGE
$10.00 per extra location.
Retainer fee covers the photographer's talent, time and travel only.
The client must pay the retainer fee in full prior to the session, the rest of payment will be due on day of session.
The session date will be reserved once the retainer payment is received.
The session retainer fee is non-refundable.
Other Fees and Time Frames
Time frames: Sessions are approximately 1.5 hours, Mini sessions are approximately 30 minuets, Half day events are approximately 5 hours, Full day events are approximately 10 hours
If more time is needed a $25.00 per hour fee will be added
All fees to facility’s for photographer and photographed (to enter or take photograph‘s exc.)will be paid by purchaser.(these fees will try to be pre calculated before photographing )
